Built off site. Installed on it.
Most of the risk in an installation is decided before anyone reaches site. We fabricate under controlled conditions, plan the lift, and put certified teams into live plant with the paperwork already in place.

Survey & planning
Site survey, interface checks and a lift and installation plan agreed before anything leaves the workshop.

Off-site fabrication
Spools and structures built and tested under workshop conditions, cutting time and risk on site.

Site installation
Certified fitters, welders and electricians working to permit inside live and regulated plant.
- 04
Test & handover
Pressure testing, inspection, documentation and a clean handover into service.

Our people hold current CCNSG and ECITB safety passports — we are an approved training provider ourselves — and we work daily inside environments where access, quality records and behaviour are inspected as closely as the weld itself.
